Locally owned, JRM CONSULTING has been helping Ohio Landowners maximize their profits.  Started in 1999 by James R. Milleson, this small business was primarily formed for educating the landowner on Land and Timber Contracts, as well as Beef Cattle Marketing.

Freeport, Ohio has been home to the "MILLESON" family since 1807 and has been involved in public service ever since.  Our ancestors helped establish the village in 1810.  Shortly thereafter, they helped build the Quaker Church; which has recently been renovated to house our realty company.

We have a strong commitment to the betterment of our "HOME LAND" and every day, we are given opportunities to help the bottom line. 

In 2004, James obtained his real estate license, joining his mother, Ann, to operate Homeland Realty, Inc.

As land use has changed, new windows have opened;  such as, hunting leases and property management.  We will continue to stay ahead of the changing marketplace so we can assist landowners in marketing their goods.

FREEPORT BICENTENNIAL, 2010

Our little town of Freeport will be celebrating its 200th Anniversary on March 7th, 2010.  JRM Consulting, as well as many other local businesses, will be collarborating to set up many events throughout the year to continue this celebration in 2010.  We will have events planned for 4 weekends: March 6th & 7th---Memorial Day weekend---Firemens Fair weekend---Labor Day weekend.

Jim and others in the community are planning to hold different events on the above weekends. Possibilities: Talent Show, 5K run and 1 mile run, Little League game, old fashioned baseball game, scavenger hunt, flea market, car show, etc.

We will be selling 200 Year History Books.
